Refs tried everyting to keep it close, gave CLE twice as much free throws as GSW had and still they lost by 15 with Curry + Klay combining for 20 points.

Imagine if Curry and Klay played normal and theyhad the same amount of free throws - 50 point blowout easily

Kyrie shot 11x more free throws than Steph and Klay

He shot 3 more free throws than the entire warriors team alone.

That's cause the refs called fouls accurately, so people wouldnt suspect anything was up.

But they gave pretty much every out of bounds possession over to GS, even when it was EXTREMELY obvious the Warriors touched it last.

You cant have the refe basically tilting the possessions that way and expect to get a fair game. This was a total ref job, and it's clear the league wants this Warrior team to become a dynasty. Theyre being gifted a finals from the officials as we speak.

I'd say Kyrie and Lebron were hacked quite a few times going to the basket. It's Oracle though.

Those calls come back at home. Home court looks too much like a WWE game. Way too much discrepancy on both sides.

LeBron was not hacked that much. He got cleanly stripped repeatedly though.

Iggy stripped him clean 2 times, but the rest of the drives there was contact that would be called in Cleveland. Kyrie definitely was getting hacked more so.

One issue that Cleveland can't fix is the finishing ability of Thompson and Love. 200 Million dollars invested in 2 big men that can't finish at all. That's where OKC gave issues is Adams,Ibaka, and even Kanter finish inside. Their best finisher in the post is Lebron.

Love got hacked several times with no call too.

People just have to get used to the fact that the home team has a huge advantage when it comes to officiating.

I think it's an issue. I get home cooking but lately it feels much more forced than in the past.

Toronto would drive to the basket in Cleveland and not get calls, so then they'd get timid and it would affect derozan and co.

Cleveland was getting hacked in GS and not getting calls, so they got timid.

It happened with Westbrook but the difference was Westbrook kept coming til he forced the refs hand in calling those fouls.

Now I look at it, I really have love for Westbrook on his attacking mentality.

I don't necessarily think it's a conscious effort to give the home team the advantage though.

I wouldn't want to have 12 huge grown men and 18000 screaming fans pissed at me. They just want to go unnoticed and the easiest way to do that is home cooking. They're human.

LeBron, Irving, and Love got away with 30 stiff arms. We'll see if the refs allow them to get away with shoving people to create space next game

A lot of it has to do with the fact that CLE didnt play any interior D. no help on post ups, no rim protector. If someone tried to score within 15, they allowed them to play 1v1, and even backed off the offensive player on many instances. Shitty team defense was being played on everything inside the perimeter. but looking at the boxscore alone you would think the opposite, due to the lack of free throws by GSW

Kyrie shot 12 fts in a game where everyone else combined to shoot 20 and people are saying he didn't get enough calls? Effing morons. Also for once golden state outscored Cleveland in the paint. The refs were a big reason it was as close as it was Cleveland fans. They didn't help gs despite the missed possession call on love.

Warriors haters won't be happy with officiating unless the Cavs shoot 30 FT's a half like the Thunder got in games 3 and 4.

The league switched ref's for game 7 against OKC, cause GS didn't have a winning record when replaced dude reffed their games.

GS fans should never bitch about Silver or the ref's ever again.

That was probably the best officiated game I've ever seen(and I'm not a gs or okc fan)
