I take this back because I forgot about the repeated collusion - 5 rings WITH collusion < 5 rings WITHOUT collusion.

No he still wouldn't be. He is who he is. Being bailed out in the finals to get his rings wouldn't raise his ranking.

UNLESS, he actually defied everything he's shown and actually balled out hard in those finals showing he can score when his team has nothing going and snatching the win for his team. THEN he would be top 5 (right above Magic and Bird).
