Game was tied going into the 4th despite Kobe going 5/19 to start the game

Kobe was 3/6 in the 4th and they still lost, Kobe opened the quarter making a shot and it was a a close game until Big Ben scores 5 straight, sheed hits some shots and Billups hits b2b threes

Kobe had an efficient quarter with it being a tie game going into the 4th and Shaq got more touches and both had a good quarter and they still lost

Yes this was just pathetic. If Kobe had shot even a remotely less myopic percentage, the Lakers would have walked into the 4th with a healthy double digit lead and gone on to tie the series.

We're talking about a choker here. Another horrific performance by the most selfish player in NBA history.

20 points on 25 shots. To wreck any chance the Lakers had of winning.

Maybe because the Pistons played Shaq straight-up and doubled Kobe? Maybe because in 2004 they could still play physical defense on him unlike today?

How is it a choke if you go 3/6 in the 4th quarter
