To the most deep/stacked young team out there at the time (Bulls)?

Why was he throwing a fit in the offseason and demanding to be sent to Chicago? He wasnt drafted to an EC team and under contract with one like Lebron was. Why did he try so hard to get over there from the Lakers?

I know there were different theories goin around at the time but I cant remember all that well. Anyone know?

It's extra funny since he then lost interest when he found out what the return would need to be.

He knew he was wasting his prime on a one of the worst teams in franchise history... but they always outperformed their expectations.

His trade demand was silenced by a trade bringing in a player that would help him attain two more rings.

Talk about using leverage to your advantage. Other players have to be traded or lower their self-value to jump ship to join multiple all-star levelplayers to win rings, others can use their understanding of value and leverage it.

Actually he was drafted to an Eastern Conference team, the Charlotte Hornets.

Chicago was the only place he truly considered and wanted to play for besides LA. He's so much as said so in various interviews over the years.

Almost went there as free agent in 2004 had LA resigned Shaq and wanted to be traded here in summer of 2007.

Why did Kobe stayed on the same team for 20 seasons?
