RIP UFC. Brock will murder these jabronis.

Vince should let Brock use his WWE entrance music at UFC 200. The GOAT entrance music.

The key word in the thread title is 'return'
He's actually been in UFC before, was about 6-9 years ago

He was the former UFC heavyweight champion. Diverticulitis almost ended his life and certainly ruined his MMA career. He is healthy now but older so who knows? :confusedshrug:

They better get him an opponent who can't defend a takedown... because Brock has already shown he can't take a punch.

He last fought in the UFC on 12/30/11, so pretty much 2012. So he's only been out for about 4.5 years.
He was a lot of fun to watch. I remember a fight he won where he just bear tackled the guy to the ground and started hammer fisting his head until the fight was called. Brutal strength.
I will be watching his return. (for free of course, no PPV bs up in here)

But you can purchase PPV using your credit card to rack up cash back and bonus points!

This. I am thinking it will be some no name stiff with no power in his hands.

You just KNOW they've announced it this late so Lesnar can take advantage of no drug tests
GOOD move Lorenzo!

Paying for something you can get for free is an unnecessary purchase.
I am able to capitalize on the my credit card usage because of my sound decision making.

He HAS to fight a top guy
No point throwing him a can or struve
He was never given handpicked opponents, and there's no reason while that'll change now
It's a no lose situation vs a top guy like JDS/Hunt/Barnett/Fedor
Either he pulls it off, or he loses to a top HW in the world after 5 years out of MMA

Personally, I want to see him against JDS
He'll be way overmatched on the feet, but it gives him a 30+ pound weight advantage, with JDS around 240 and he cutting down to 265... If he can spam with takedowns, this could get interesting... Highest reward lowest risk fight too.. JDS is still a top 3 guy, and beat Stipe not too long ago, and was beating Overeem too until he got clipped.
He'd probably have a better chance against Hunt, but I'd rather he go for the biggest toughest opponent and that's JDS

I doubt it will be Hunt. Not with those heavy hands. JDS would be interesting since he seems to be a shell of himself. I'm thinking it will be someone outside of the top 10 and if he wins knowing how Dana works he will face whoever is the champ next.

Only real options are Hunt or JDS.

Apparently JDS is injured
Perhaps Werdum? He fought recently but is he good? That could be an interesting fight, seeing as how he likes it on the ground

JDS? Hunt? Werdum?

And if I had to guess I'd say it's gonna be a 3rd fight with Mir.

Mir is pretty much suspended
No point trying to throw him a can
It's a one off
Throw him a quality opponent
You don't want a Struve maineventing on a record breaking PPV
There's no reason now for Lesnar to start hand picking his opponents. He never did and he never will. It's a win win situation if he fights a quality top opponent. The worst scenario is if he loses to a bad opponent.
