For all the crapping on "shot jacking" gets here, you NEED a player who can carry an offence on their own for stretches like a Jordan or even Kobe.

LeBron can't do that, he doesn't have the ability or the drive to do it.

Otherwise you need a very special team like the Warriors or Pop's Spurs that play a set system not reliant on 1 or 2 players.
