Nice agenda. The Golden State success is truly a perfect storm.

Bogut was once considered a franchise changing big man in Milwaukee. Got injured and became injury Prone. Has been decently healthy for the most part in Golden State.

Iggy was dealt when his value was super low, They got him on the cheap.

Livingston was considered a top flight PG and had a horrific injury. He's been healthy since.

Klay was not thought to be this good or Draymond. It was a perfect storm to create an ATG team.

So by that logic if LeBron and Curry switched teams the Cavs would be the better team? you're an absolute ****ing ****** moron.

It's not news that Lebald has a far more stacked team than Steph

it's a lot more than just the starters doing damage, as we've seen - commentators were saying the Dubs have 12 first round picks on their squad. they've done extremely well by draft and the FA pickups for the bench.

the team is thoroughly complete and honestly from the way they've closed out the OKC series and running through this finals, even I can say they'd definitely give the 72-10 Bulls a good run for the money, if not win in a series.

Warriors also drafted 4 of their 5 to get them on their team at the moment. Cavs only 2 of their 5 (LeBron was signed as a free agent from the Heat).

Yes he was. A legit 6'7 PG with vision handles and ability to do a lil of everything. He was coveted because you could have an undersized athletic guard start at the 2 and be able to switch because of his frame and ability to actually run plays.

The injury robbed him of being a top 10 caliber PG. He was drafted 4th overall.

His best season ever was 9 PPG and 5.1 APG

That is so far from a top flight PG. He also accomplished that in his 3rd season...:facepalm

He was drafted out of HS. What you probably don't realize was the Clippers were always a mess back then, no matter what coach they had. There were LOTS of players the Clips failed to squeeze the potential out of. Morale was crap in that locker room.

Missing the point again. I'm not talking about "potential", im talking about actual production and Livingston was no where near a top flight PG when he got injured.

He still had potential and was highly touted. What you fail to realize is my point being Golden State was fortunate to have healthy players who had injury plagued seasons with other teams.

Bogut was never a star but he had skills that led people to believe he would be a very good Center.
Shaun Livingston was thought to be Jason Kidd type with IQ, intangibles, and ability to fill the stats.

They still have Barnes who may or may not pan out. They draft great. They also were fortunate to get very talented injury prone players at price discount and be able to get value from them in production.

But he wasn't.

Again, not talking about potential.

Coaching, player development, drafting in the first place etc.

Some franchises are better at it than others :confusedshrug:
