not only the great play and dunk, but also the way the ball ricocheted off livingston. :oldlol:

It was a good dunk. Nothing spectacular in and of itself.

But know what makes it hype? The moment--moving the crowd and making the arena rock--and Lebron's hustle. He wanted that shit. Real bad.

And it shows.

THAT'S what makes this nice as shit.

i understand what you're saying, but i'd say there were a bunch of little things that -- yes -- did indeed come together to make it a special dunk.

the distance and height of lebron's leap are pretty rare for such a tall, built guy. that's pretty impressive right there. the two passes were also picture-perfect, either of which, were they less accurate, could have changed the whole sequence.

recovering from the stumble (looks like curry might have bumped him just before) and the quick head-turn lebron gives irving just after passing the ball were really nifty. plus, the way the whole play developed in the spur of the moment is something that even the most impressive of show dunks can only dream of. even the ball dissing livingston on the way down was a nice extra touch.

that's a load of good things to happen which together make it an impressive dunk IMO.

I can't disagree. I don't think I've seen Lebron get up that high on a dunk in a while.

I`m impressed by the air, the hustle and that he was able to get up like that shortly after being on all four, usually you need some time to gather after a fall (imho). I didn`t think he`d make it, but he did. Impressive.

This. The manhood displayed on that dunk was beast like. He just caught the ball in mid air and with intense passion and anger slammed it off dudes dome. Beast like

Was that Kyrie's only assist of the game?

In Finals History? An open alley-oop?

Shut up. It's a decent alley and little else.

Close. He had 7 more

sometimes I like him, most times I hate him, but goddam, what an athlete.

It was a terrible pass, he saved it and turned it into a spectacular feat. Recognize. He's damn near 50 years old, not many can do that.

Wouldn't go that far. Probably not even a top 10 LeBron playoff dunk but very nice nonetheless. I never expected him to corrall that pass.
