Blatt was a very good coach, the only problem is LeBron is a control freak and doesn't like being told what to do and his teammates followed him which resulted in Blatt getting fired.

There is a reason why Blatt was one of Steve Kerr's choices for assistant coach when Kerr got the job for the Warriors.
