Yet it's a debate on whether or not he's the Finals MVP? :oldlol:

Gotta give it to him. He stepped up when it mattered. This is what he was missing last year is a signature game when he's facing a little adversity. If he has another game like that and closes out in 5 he is definitely the FMVP.
It has been such a team effort though, that Klay/Dray/Iggy/Barnes, etc. can have another breakout game or two and steal it from him. This team has so many weapons and if the Cavs load up on Curry like they did the first 3 games (Way too many open threes for him last night), then they have players with the ability to takeover.

He put up better total numbers last year and didn't get 1 FMVP vote.
1 good game out of 4 doesn't make one a likely candidate.

1 game doesn't get you FMVP. Draymond had been better than him.

Magic in 1980.
That's because Kareem didn't play in the final game.

Magic in 1980.
He at least played good in the 1st 5 games, Curry was awful the 1st 3 games. Kareem didn't play which ultimately won Magic the award while Draymond is going to be here for the rest of the series.

yet people till this day still say Kareem should have gotten the FMVP. Again, 1 game made the difference here.

The circumstances are much different. It's not like Drayfag missed an entire game.
Like Wade's Rings and I said......1 good game out of 4 doesn't change the fact that Green has been better through 4gms.

How many starting point guards in the league are their team's second in assists?
