I wouldn't buy anything with AMD in it. Most of the games seem to be tailored for Intel, particularly those with Nvidia cards.
-I currently have an i7-5820k 6-core 15MB, overclocked at 3.8Ghz W/Turbo boost
-Win 7 64bit (**** win 10)
-16GB Quad Channel DDR4 at 2133MHz
-NVIDIA

Don't let AMD stop you. I would need to look closer at the build when I am on my pc tomorrow, but it looks fine for that price range.
I wouldn't spend that much on a noctua CPU cooler unless you plan on overclocking it big time or absolutely need a completely quiet computer. You can save 50 bucks easily and put that towards better processor.
You *may* be able to switch to intel i3 or i5. What is your budget? I can figure out a better more efficient build on pcpartbuilder with i3/i5 cpu depending on your budget. I would try to go intel path because you would be able to upgrade that i3 to i7 at a future time. Even though an i3 may not be necessarily better than amd fx-6300, you will get much better bang for the buck, efficiency and high upgradibility down the road.
