Wade was referring to Kobe being the 2nd best SG. He's named his top 5 all-time before and I think they were Jordan, Kareem, Shaq, Dr. J, Magic.

It sounded like Iggy indeed meant 2nd best overall.

I'll say this though, if you asked every current player to give their GOAT rankings (say top 5), many of them would name players they grew up watching.
