Put off this pain for over a month now... thought I could shake it off.
Might have to give in, and go see the doctor.

Anyway, I thought this topic was more important than anything else
in recent news...

Some of y'all need to learn to just turn off the TV from time to time.
Talk about something else.... avoid CNN.

That's what I try to do when it's nothing but drama.

Almost impossible to get out of my car sometimes. Takes a few minutes.

I'm too skinny/boney

that's why my knee's ****ed.

hamstring hurts like hell too... like somebody shot me in the leg.

Could be Sciatic nerve damage. You may have a herniated or protruding disc placing pressure on the S1 Sciatic Nerve. You should get it checked out.

You sloppy phuck.

1) Buy shoes that fit well

2) Buy a foam roller and get a daily flexibility routine time going daily. Loosen your lower back, hamstring, quads, calves, roll a tennis ball on the bottom of your foot, etc etc the knee is the mid-point to all of that. Body is a system so stretch and release tension everywhere fool.

3) Fix your nutrition.

4) Add weight training. Always stretching and doing warm-ups. If you have tight hamstrings don't lift weights you jackass. Stretch and work on mobility first.

5) Light cardio.

In that order.

I think your lying and actually fat. Lose weight to spare your knees. Fat people are weak as phuck and their knees take a beating.

Just get some routines going. The age thing is no excuse. It has to be a lifestyle thing though. Part of my morning routine is stretching the whole body. I feel off if I leave the house not feeling limber. Insults aside I hear you on knee pain I've been there. You might need a chiropractors help. Good luck man

yea... kinda worried about nerve damage.


calf muscle hurts a little more today... but everything else felling better.


got a back massage last night... might get another one tonight too :)

Avoiding the doctor may still be possible.
