...and I don't have to look but I can bet the TS% for Shaq is equal to or lower than Lebron's. Since he prob took a lot more free throws and didn't hit a three point shot. Lebron hit 4 threes tonight.

Shaq did have 3 40, 15 games but never had a 40, 15, 7 game which is what lebron just had.hes the first player in NBA history to have these numbers.

41,16,7,3 3 has never been done before on ANY STAGE in nba history.

So I guess Kobe's 81 point game is less impressive because it was a regular season game and the Lakers lost in the 1st round. Good to know.

Context, retard.

Kobe was on a crap team with sh*t help that many people picked to not even make the playoffs. Kobe's historic regular season performances and dragging a mediocre cast to a playoff bert in the tough West took a nothing season and mad something out of nothing. Thus it adds to his legacy.

LeBron is on the team with the highest payroll, one of the most stacked Big 3s ever and with a "sidekick" that's had 3 straight 30+ point games. They've been considered one of the favorites/contenders for the entire season. Thus the expectations are different. If he fails to win this series he failed to capitalize on a series in which Curry is playing mediocre, and Draymond missed a game.

Yes clearly is better to perform against a 27-55 team than against the team that has the best record in NBA history. Also I'd if you want to talk context regular season <NBA Finals.

Sort of like how Branvestites bring up Bynum as being part of "the most dominant frontcourt ever" with his 6 PTS and 4 REBs on 36% FG in 09 Finals and 7 PTS and 5 REBs on 45% FG in 2010 Finals? :confusedshrug:

BTW. Kevin Love is a 3x Allstar who's had seasons of 20 & 15 and 26 & 13.

Not my problem LeBron has neutered him and doesn't know how to make him better and maximize his talents like Kobe did with Gasol/Odom/Artest/etc.

Show me where I mentioned Bynum then honestly say Love isn't playing like shit. He can't even guard Livingston or Klay in the paint much less make an open shot. It's not a surprise you're having trouble actually having a conversation about basketball.

I already explained to you why Love is "playing like shit".

LeBron plays a style which isn't conducive to other all-star players producing at their best. (see: Bosh on the Heatles)

BTW, Kevin Love these playoffs:

16 PTS, 9 TRB on 39% FG, 55% TS

Pretty good, especially for a 3rd option.

For comparisons sake, other third option on other championship teams:

Lamar Odom

09 Playoffs:

12 PTS, 9 TRB on 52% FG, 59% TS

2010 Playoffs:

10 PTS, 9 TRB on 47% FG, 51% TS

Chris Bosh:

2012 Playoffs:

14 PTS, 8 TRB on 49% FG, 57% TS

2013 Playoffs:

12 PTS, 7 TRB on 46% FG, 52% TS

What Love is giving you as a third option, plus Kyrie's 3 straight 30+ Point games is enough help for someone of LeBron's supposed caliber to lead their team to an NBA championship. Especially with the way Curry has been playing.

LeBron has only led one average team (2007 Cavs) to the Finals. (and they were an elite defensive team. Also, Iverson and Kid [TWICE] have done the same thing).

All the other teams were stacked/superteams.

First of all, nice insult, nothing shows intelligence like repeating virtually the same thing someone just said to you. You're 1 step above a parrot. 2nd of all, if you think the 2007 team was average, you're delusional. Are you going to say lebron, larry hughes, and z were one of the best big 3's ever too? That's widely consisted the worst finals team ever. Last year the 2nd and 3rd option were out. 2011 is on lebron, he didn't perform, but I don't care I'm not a heat fan. In 2014 both wade and bosh came up small.
