Why would he take those retarded shots?

Why the fk would Lebron take low IQ shots? He's top 3 all time because of his legendary BBIQ along with his physical prowess

Straight_Ballin

Why would he take those retarded shots?

Because the end result is 5/7
Because the end result is having an 81 point game
Because the end result is ending your career on a 60 point game

"Retarded" is not taking those shots and going 2/7 because of it. :lol

Kobe took his career one way and lebron chose a different path. One man (Kobe) is clearly the better player and winner as evidenced by his superior finals record.

Well for a very long time lebron fans have boasted about lebrons fg% without taking into consideration that a heck of a lot of his so called shots are actually dunks and layups.

Now i know kobe has as well but he has waaaay more contested shots throughout his career and rarely ever passed up the final shot (like lebron). So i became curios as to how lebrons shooting would compare to kobes had he takeb the exact same shots and it is my honest opinion that he would not do as well. His fg% is built primarily on his size strength and jumping ability and not shooting capability.

I truely believe that his fg% is not the result of his shooting ability.

I cant believe i had to explain that...

39%, we've seen last finals what happens when you let Lebron iso vs single coverage. Not that Kobe was that much better than that.

Kobe had a more fluent post game, but IIRC James had got good PPP numbers in the post, throughout his career aswell.

Why would he take horrible shots?
Taking stupid shots is exactly the reason Kobe is not considered a top 10 player by most basketball fans.

We just saw yeasterday what happens when lebron shoots like Kobe.

Cavs win.

Unfortunately bron is to scared about being called a bad shooter after his career is over that he pads his stats and rarely takes last second shots to protect his career fg%. I'd rather be 5/7 with mediocre fg% than 2/7 with better fg%. Lebron's way results in losing. Kobe's way resulted in winning.

He scores 41 points last night thinking he did the best and then looks at Kryie who also scored 41 on more efficient shooting. :lol

Kobe taking a contested one on one shot throughout his career mostly in his prime was not a bad shot. He could beat literally anybody most of the time one on one.

Yeah.....they chose different paths. Kobe colluded his way onto the Lakers...while James signed with a career garbage franchise

Lebron colluded twice. All Kobe ever did was ask to play for his favorite team and he stuck with them for 20 years. Never compare a player like Kobe who was dedicated to his team to a colluder like lebron.

And yet his shooting percentage in his prime was in the toilet. Awful.
Meanwhile, the Lebrons of the world are shooting 50% for their careers and the Kobe's never managed to reach 47% even once in 20 seasons of basketball.

Wasn't there statistics showing Bron took the most shots in the last 5 seconds of the shotclock in the league a few seasons ago?

Haters love to hang on to things that aren't tangible or quantifiable, but then it turns out a lot of these things are tracked now, and they all point to good things for Bron. :oldlol:

Probably yes, because Kobe took a lot of shots, which usually Lebron wouldn't as his game is different. But it doesn't mean Kobe is the better player.

Dedicated to make sure he had the easy way. He didn't want to try to build a winner, he cried to be on one like an entitled bitch

Not surprised you entice that mentality. Have everything givin to you from the start instead of earning it.

LA was a 4 seed the year before and we're 90% certain that Shaq was going to sign. That's why they had no problem trading Divac

Im not discrediting lebrons shot selection. I comparing his shooting ability to kobes due to everyone using lebrons fg% as a claim that he isna better shooter then kobe

If Lebron had Kobe/Westbrook shot selection and shot those fade aways over defenders for no reason, he'd be up near 25%.

Which is why he's top 5 (and coming for top 3) and Kobe is hovering around in the top 15.

Lebron doesn't have to take those shots, and instead he can drive and at 6'9 can lay it over almost anybody.

You failed to mention that Kobe forced Shaq out to prove that he could still win. That is alpha as fvck. Stayed with his team for 20 years and didn't run off to form a stacked team like your bitch boy lebron did. Lebron has never shown us anything other that playing on the most stacked team in the weak eastern conference for all of his finals runs. Anyone can leave their team and join 2 other top FOUR players in PER and win some titles. The fact that it impresses you speaks volumes.

That's a highly impressive spin :applause: . I've never heard that yet.

So, anytime Player X acts like an azzhole and splits up his team up, instead of being appalled at that players selfish actions, we should instead be impressed at their alpha ways.
