I'm almost done with the NBA.
If Cavs win this series, it'll be the final nail in the coffin.

I thought he got suspended because of flagrant points? Wasnt any flagrant foul an automatic suspension? How could the nba rig that?

It is, but it can reach more people when a former NBA ref exposes it.

I don't think even the biggest bran stan would try to defend NBA on this decision.
Sure, it may make sense if we're factoring his older fouls, but you can't do that officially. And he definitely didn't deserve a suspension after that player, considering Bron tried to disrespect him and didn't even receive a technical foul for that.

The warriors better wake the fu*k up and take game 6, need to come out firing

Oh please, stop bitching. Green should've been suspended a long time ago, when he kicked Adams in the nuts. The Warriors wouldn't even be here if that mouth breather actually got suspended like he should have.

so if he wasn't suspended back then, why would he be suspended now for his past actions?
This league is supposed to be the pinnacle of officiating professionalism and if it's making decisions based on the past, then there's a certain term for the situation and it rhymes with pig

He would have been suspended for game 4 of the WCF and the dubs lost that game so it's a moot point.

The suspension was automatic. The question is whether he deserved a flagrant foul for taking a swing. The answer is yes.
Why are people trying to say it was rigged? Any player would get a flagrant for that.

Uh oh. I guess Kobe fans definitely consider the 2002 WCF a rig job then.
Disgraced ex-referee Tim Donaghy alleged as much Tuesday in a filing made by his attorney in U.S. District Court in New York, saying the highly controversial Game 6 of the Lakers-Kings playoff series in 2002 was impacted by the actions of two of the three referees who worked the game.
"Referees A, F and G were officiating a playoff series between Teams 5 and 6 in May of 2002. It was the sixth game of a seven-game series, and a Team 5 victory that night would have ended the series. However, Tim learned from Referee A that Referees A and F wanted to extend the series to seven games. Tim knew referees A and F to be 'company men,' always acting in the interest of the NBA, and that night, it was in the NBA's interest to add another game to the series. Referees A and F heavily favored Team 6. Personal fouls [resulting in obviously injured players] were ignored even when they occurred in full view of the referees. Conversely, the referees called made-up fouls on Team 5 in order to give additional free throw opportunities for Team 6. Their foul-calling also led to the ejection of two Team 5 players. The referees' favoring of Team 6 led to that team's victory that night, and Team 6 came back from behind to win that series."

Deep down, Green is happy they lost last night. Now he can be on the court if they end up winning the title....if he doesn't get a flagrant next game, cause he would get suspended for game 7 if he did.

green showed how much value he has for the warriors. I mean they played with no edge last night, no attitude. Klay had a great game but they didn't have that pitbull demeanor plus barnes played like dog sh*T

Uh oh. I guess Kobe fans definitely consider the 2002 WCF a rig job then.
Oh really?
So please enlighten me on what happened in game 5?
The Kobe/Laker haters always eating a dick when I pull up that question.
Conveniently only looking at game 6 of that series and completely ignoring the one sided officiating (favoring SACRAMENTO) in game 5.
Kings had a 33-23 advantage with Shaq only getting 1 FTA in 32 minutes of action. LA lost by 1 point. Considering Sacramento was primarily a jump shooting team (even their PF/C) just took jumpers all game, it was shocking to watch how much the refs were favoring them.
LA had a 40-25 advantage in game 6. But Shaq was getting hacked every damn possession. He had 17 of those free throws and Kobe 11.
Game 7 it was 33-30 favoring LA.
But lets look at something more interesting...why was game 6 even necessary?
22-17
25-38
15-35
27-26
Sacramento had a HUGE advantage from the line in the first 4 games of that series, including getting their ***** sucked all game five. How conveniently that these morons call the series a "rig" job yet Sacramento for most of the series were getting their ass holes licked by the refs.
The discrepancy is even more shocking considering the styles of these two teams. One had the most dominant specimen in basketball who demanded double/triple teams and went to the line 12-15 times a game and Kobe (another superstar) who got his share of calls. Against literally a team full of shooters.
Sacramento went to the line 116 times compared to LA's 89.
Kings went to the line 204 times in that 7 game series and LA 185 times.
If any of your are old enough to watch that series, you'd know how many more calls Sacramento were getting early in that series.
Heck, the same horrible officiating that was done in game 6 was done in game 5. People just like to ignore those facts because it conveniently drives their personal agenda.

:facepalm I love how dipshits completely ignore facts.
But of course it was LA & Kobe, so people will only focus on the one game in that series as proof that LA were favored.
Yet, it was extremely lopsided in favor of Sacramento. LA should have won game 5, they lost by 1 point. Got destroyed by calls in the first 4 games, still managed to have the series all tied up.
Went to Sacramento and ****ED them in the ass, and took the series.
But yeah, the refs "rigged" it for LA.
A jump shooting team getting more trips to the line than a team consisting of Shaq & Kobe. Two players better than anyone on Sacramento.

I can't seem to see why he was suspended honestly. If anything, they both should have had a simple foul call.
Golden State had better kiss Draymonds balls when his contract ends.

Don't be an idiot. The NBA wanted the Warriors and Cavs in the Finals. So no way in hell were they going to suspend Green in the Thunder series, especially since the Thunder were up.
The NBA without any question would not want the Cavs - Warriors series to end in 5 games. They would much rather have it go 6 games, or possibly 7, since game 6 is in Cleveland. So of course they were definitely going to suspend Green in that situation.
The dirty plays, and the technical fouls is just a complete made up excuse.
If you can't see how incredibly obvious this is, then you really are naive, or possibly an NBA employee.
