Cleveland is definitely lucky on both counts. From game 5 to a hypothetical game 7, they will never have to deal with both of those two guys being on the court at the same time in their big lineup. Something like that really needed to happen to open the door up for any chance at all of winning 3 straight. Only one illegal screen artist for the rest of the series, less versatility. I still don't think Cleveland is going to win against the deepest team ever, but it wouldn't be a shock.

How come LeBron, who deliberately tried to step over a player which is universally known as the biggest sign of disrespect, did not receive a technical for it? Even a god damn finger wag is an automatic technical, and this was apparently not.
