Looking to play Ark as HD as possible especially now with GTX 1080 out, I still barely know anything about building a PC. How much would the best of the best cost?

Thank you.

For ram get etheir Gskill ripjaws V or corsair lpx 16GB is more than enough, anything more is just a waste of money
For ssd, at your budget i would get an Intel 750 nvme drive
Corsair 750w 80 gold plus efficiency fully modular (makes for a clean build)
Case is up to you but get something that is atx compatible and has room for good airflow.

I just built a similar pc minus the intel drive. I would suggest you buy everything from Amazon because some parts may be defective and newegg RMA is horrible whereareas Amazon will exchange or refund just about anything without any problem.
