My best friend is Russian and dude is the the kindest person I know.Far from stupid too. Such a ****ing all around good guy.. And he is the only one russian I know personally.

Their state education system is way better than ours is.
Russian education>American education before the university level. Their universities offer a high standard of education but do not have the funding to compete with American universities.
