there was a girl who made me happy. she's gone and since then i've felt unhappy.

now, i spend most of my time fighting off temptations like doing drugs or getting drunk so you can say that as long as i stay away from bad things, i am happy.

Being in nyc, I admit I'm often victim to the bystander effect myself but it makes me so happy to see someone helping, say a homeless person

Honestly, its the feeling of knowing that you're loved by your close ones. Whether it'd be your siblings, parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts/uncles, your bf/gf, close friends, or kid(s). THAT's what makes me happy.
