The Blazers would be much better because Lillard has no problem giving it up to other players in crunch time. He fed LaMarcus Aldridge in crunch time and LA could never score like KD.

I'd say Durant might get 30, Dame lets say takes a 22 paycut, Whiteside 20m. That's 72/92, 20m for everyone else. Not sure when CJ gets his contract but I doubt he accepts less than 15m. Unless everyone accepts lower salaries, I don't see it happening.
