He is Rodman like in rebounding the ball and requires so much defensive attention. If Kyrie or bron drives the lane against a big and misses, TT will rebound that ball against a smaller guy and demolish the other teams morale

He's worth this for a championship level team. I wouldn't pay him this much if he played for say, the 6ers or the TWolves or something.

But he is the ultimate glue guy. You'd be crazy to not want him on your team.

Fully agreed. He's the type of piece that helps make a great team an elite one.
