And all it took was eliminating the other teams 3 best defenders; Green (suspension), Bogut (injury), and Iggy (injury).

If he can convince the NBA to suspend Curry for game 7, he may end up with another ring.

god damn people are just grasping now. He still made some shots he rarely makes over Iggy like that fadeaway. And no Curry won't get suspended.

Haslem was suspended for throwing his mouthpiece, yet you want special treatment for Curry.

Haslem threw his at the ref though. Kanter threw his to the crowd and only got a fine. All the stars should be able to play for G7.

If you can't handle facts, that's your problem. The first 4 games of the series LeBron scored; 23, 19, 32, and 25 points. His 32 point performance was in a complete blowout, and his 25 points was really 19 points, but he was given 3 layups at the end when his team really needed him to hit 3's.

In the last two games, without Green, Iggy, and Bogut... he has scored 41 points. If you think that's a coincidence, then you simply don't understand basketball. I'm not making excuses, I'm just pointing out facts.

He faced far less defensive attention than Jordan, since he only scored 2 ppg more than Kyrie, while Jordan scored 16 ppg more than Pippen during his 36/7/8 in 91-93 Finals.

It's been documented that he is rarely double-teamed..

Furthermore, he played horribly the first 4 games, with 24 ppg and 6 turnovers, before averaging 36 in the last 3 games... But he'd averaged 36 ppg for the entire series like Jordan in 91-93 Finals, then he wouldn't need a 7th game.

Back to back 40-point games in the Finals have only happened a handful of times in history. I think these are all instances.

Jerry West in 1965
Rick Barry in 1967
Jerry West in 1969
Julius Erving in 1976 (ABA)
Michael Jordan in 1993
Shaquille O'Neal in 2000
Lebron James in 2016

Lebron is the only one to do it elimination games.

Jordan is the only one that never faced an elimination game.

CAREER FINALS:

JORDAN:. 33.6 ppg.. 6.0 rpg.. 6.0 apg.. 2.8 tov.. 1.8 spg.. 0.7 bpg.. 48.1 fg
LEBRON:. 27.0 ppg.. 9.9 reb.. 7.2 apg.. 4.1 tov.. 1.9 spg.. 0.8 bpg.. 45.1 fg

A team can win with less rebounds or assists, but never if they score less.. So scoring is a more important category than rebounds and assists.

And since #1 options control the scoring and flow more than anyone else (it's their job description), Jordan's scoring and per possession efficiency advantage is far more important than Lebron's replaceable defensive rebounds against small ball lineups, or 1 assist edge achieved via Westbrook-like time (http://stats.nba.com/tracking/#!/player/possessions/?Season=2015-16&SeasonType=Playoffs&sort=TIME_OF_POSS&dir=1&PORound=4) of possession.

Also, Jordan is the goat Finals performer, who dominated THROUGHOUT a Finals series, so he never needed a 7th game.. Otoh, Lebron averaged 24 ppg and 6 turnovers thru 4 games, which is why he needed to average a Jordan-like 36 ppg for the last 3 games.

If he can convince the NBA to suspend Curry for game 7, he may end up with another ring.

Didn't need Curry suspended, he dropped a triple double in Game 7 and won the championship on the Warriors home floor

Can everyone stop acting like bitches and just admit that if both teams were healthy and had full roster in 15 and 16 that it would have been 100x better than the shit we were left seeing? The last 2 finals are medicore because of this and now we will have a 3rd finals that is shit because of KD's bitch move.

Is having 2 stacked teams of equal talent go head to head with no bullshit calls and full rosters for all 7 game too much to ask for?

When you aim low, you get served shit.

Aim high fam.

Blocks and steals were not officially counted before 1974.So did he lead his team in points rebounds, and assists?

Hint:the answer is no. He was never close to being good enough to do so in the finals.
