LeBron has played way more games than Jordan has
I belive Jordan finished with 1200-1300 games total played
LeBron is already past that with 2-3 seasons left at LEAST

Still doesn't explain that he is "past his prime". LeBron is an excellent athlete but please don't try to prop him up furthur by saying he is on the decline or past his prime. Just look how high he got off that alley-oop a few games back.

This is a dumb thread. A lot of players are in their primes when they're in their early 30s. Jason Kidd was at the absolute prime of his career when he was in his 30s.

Well past his prime.
Still made it to his 6th straight Finals.
5th straight year as the underdog.
Let that sink in.

LeBron is 31. WTF are you talking about? That should be right in his prime, or right in his peak even.

How many people did you see in 2008-2010 talking about how Lebron's prime was going to be short because his game was so reliant on his athleticism?
I saw it many many many times.
If you went back in time and told someone in 2009 that Lebron was still going to be the best player in the world in 2016, many wouldn't believe it.

You're not in your prime after 30. You start to decline after 27-28 or so. Heck, in some sports anyone who's not in their early 20s is considered an old man.

Yes it is, he's consistent, scores even against the best defense ever put on a superstar and when he's on, he's a top 3 scorer all time.
Also a great all around player.

That's total bullshit.
For professional basketball players the physical athletic peak is usually at around age 24. But the playing prime is like 28-33, and the peak for many players is after age 30. For guys that have great skills, their prime can even be into their mid 30s.

I've never seen you post about Kobe, but i've seen your biased posts against the Cavs and Lebron for the past few days.
And the number one type of person to do that is a sad Kobe fan. I don't even have to look at your history and I guarantee this is the case.
So...if you want to put Curry ahead of Lebron for this year go ahead. Just know that that means 2016 Curry is ahead of Peak Kobe too...because 2016 Lebron is ahead of any of Kobe's years. So u just dissed your own player.

Stop bullshitting about the defense, that's just ignorant.
He's been the complete opposite of consistent thought the playoffs. Dude could drop 30 or come out and have 13 points
And he's the most one dimensional ATG I've ever seen. When his jumper isn't falling he's useless.
But then again you're a Kobetard. You'll root for anyone competing against Lebron

According to some of the retards on this site a couple of years ago he will be out of the league when he's 33 or so when his athleticism fades. So he must be pretty past his prime by now.

LeBron is still in his prime years, but he's obviously towards the second half of those. All you need to do is look at his minutes played and see that they've reduced the last 3 years to conserve him for the playoffs.

All of these great athletes are still capable of the occasional special feat, it just doesn't happen as often once you cross 30. Lebron, on some occasions, can still get up there real high on a alley-oop, it just doesn't happen as much when he was 24-25 and flying all over the court. MJ had some great athletic plays during the second 3peat, Kobe, Wade had a few plays this year alone that made you forget he's 34 with a history of nagging injuries.
So is Bron past his physical prime? Sure, but he's still very athletic. You have to consider the level he was at 7 years ago when he was more athletic than anyone else. Dropping a level still puts him among the best athletes.
