Well now y'all see what all of us cavs fans were saying since last year. I always felt the cavs would have won that series 4-1. But the injuries and the redemption make this title much sweeter than that one would have been

True.

Curry played trash in both series.

false everything happen for a reason. Warriors deserve their ring last year. Kyrie was hobbled during the post season same way Curry was hobbled this year. Similar when the Pistons-Lakers went back 2 back 88-89.

false. Injury is part of the game, the Warriors deserved it in 2015, and the Cavaliers deserved it in 2016. All the excuses of Irving's injury in 2015 and Curry's injury in 2016 were nonsense, there are no excuses just the better teams win.

GOLDEN STATE would have beat the CAVS last year even with Irving and Love, it just would have been more of a struggle.

oh the horror

Injuries are apart of the game but I think it's fair to have this discussion and come to that conclusion. It isn't outrageous to say

False, I actually think Warriors would have won game 5 if Green plays. That changed the series right there and let Cavs get momentum.

You do realize that Cleveland beat an injury riddled GS team, right?
Bogut, Curry & Iggy are all injured. There's no way in hell Curry was 100%. Iggy was arguably the most important player for GS on DEFENSE, matchup wise. Without Bogut, they lost size in the middle. All those damn offensive rebounds Cleveland got after he went down results in extra possessions. Curry's play dropped significantly. The guy had an MCl tear. Plus Green's suspension was a huge lose.

If you're going to make excuses at least be consistent. Cleveland beat a GS team that wasn't close to 100%. Add to the fact that Klay also had a poor series. This wasn't the same team that won 73 games. Although I'm sure delusional LeBron fans will pretend like they were the same team.

You do realize an injury riddle Cavs still won 2 games against GSW last Finals right?

True, like most of us have repeated ad nausea over the past year.
