I mean with the Cavs winning it all does that prove that small ball and building your team strictly around the 3ball doesn't really work?

Looking at how well kyrie played I can't help but think last year was a fluke.

I honestly hope it's dead cause I really disliked Curry'so brand of basketball.

The three ball is well and alive IMO. It's hero, anti-team and isolation play that's long dead. The latter is exactly what the Warriors did.

Not really

There's a difference between traditional small ball and what GSW were doing

It's the difference between inside-out and what the Dubs were doing (Outside-in)

Both OKC and Cle matched GSW with small ball lineups.. The difference is they play more traditional in an inside out sense... They took the shots the defense gave them (Midrange)... GSW tried to take the shots they wanted, instead of reading and reacting, taking what the defense gives them

small ball and chucking 3s is only efficient if you actually hit them. Outside of Green this wasn't the case

I think it will be part of the game ... Coach Nelson used it in the 80's in Milwaukee until the league adjusted...

But to play the whole game shooting 38 footers is absolutely stupid bball.
