From 2003-2010 he didn't have much control of his career and his team was about as good as it can be.
Something happened 2010 onwards. LeBron has used free agency to build instant contenders. No other player in the history of the league has down this over and over again. It's meticulous.
2010 -->He jumps to Miami and wins 2 with Bosh/Wade
2014-->He jumps back to the Cavs with rising star Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, and co. He stays in the East.
2016 -->? ( New York? LA? Team up with Durant? Recruit Wade? )
I would not be surprised if he built in instant contender in 2016 on yet another team via free agency.
