LeBron had a +5.8 Defensive RAPM in the whole playoffs
In addition to his offensive stats, LeBron also had a great defensive series. The Warriors shot 21-of-58 (36.2%) against him, best of any player on the Cavs.Stats

James also got it done on defense. James held the Warriors to 36 percent shooting in the NBA Finals (21-of-58), best of any player on the Cavaliers. Stephen Curry was 1-of-7 against him. Klay Thompson was 2-of-6. The Warriors did not make any of their seven shots against James in Game 6.
James blocked seven shots in transition, including one on Andre Iguodala with 1:50 remaining in the fourth quarter of a tied Game 7 (which you can see atop this article). James was also the primary defender for 14 turnovers, tied for most of any player in the series.

where you get DRAPM for the playoffs? Also, there's a decent argument Hakeem started to be not as great defensively in 95. The Drob series was great ofc but Shaq did pretty well vs him. Teams like the Jazz and Suns did pretty well on offense vs them in the playoffs. If you're asking about 93-94 Hakeem, it's Hakeem. He just owned Ewing even worse than Drob.

Hakeem Olajuwon was at his peak defensively in 1990 (and his best years in this regard are 88-91)...not when he was winning championships. He didn't start to fall defensively in 95...he was already falling. He was so all time great (easily the greatest modern defensive season all time in 90...was a joke when they gave the DPOY to Rodman over him)) that he was still one of the 3 or 4 most impactful defensive players in the league...but he was past his best days defensively when they were winning the championship either way.

Which years would you have given him DPOY? You think he still deserved it in '94?
