this isnt hyperbole when you think about all the context. fast break play. lebron being more than 10 steps behind explosive Iggy. Game 7. Less than a minute on the clock. Tie game.
So much pressure but he's the King for a reason.
GOAT.

Considering the stakes, that was the greatest defensive play in nba history. Just insane.
The Bulls blocking and/or stripping Smith 5 times in the last 10 seconds of the 1993 ecf game 5 was also remarkable.

yeah, that was the play of the game, not the Kyrie Irving fade away 3 point game winner over good defense, sure.
Jesus the lengths people go to discredit Kyrie is staggering, he was by far the best player in G7

nobody is discrediting kyrie
lebron just had the best defensive play of NBA history to set up the 3.
also , a triple double is way more impresive than Kyries statline
Stop bringing Kyrie into this.

Sad part is that LeBron have more Finals MVP, and Regular Season MVP than Kobe and Curry combined.

The sad part is that LeBron jumps from team to team creating stacked teams and he has twice as many finals losses as Kobe (and more than Kobe and Curry combined).
:lebroncry:
He also needs the highest payroll in NBA history to win. #BoughtNotEarned

It reminded me of Prince's block on miller but this was in the finals.
Game 7 of the NBA finals. Both teams tied at 89- all in the game and EXACTLY 699 points each in the series.
Then lebron does THAT!
That's one of those moments that's gonna be replayed for years. On television. On any nba broadcast. Dvds. Specials.
One of the greatest plays in the history of the spot.

Yall LeBron stans on another level with the dick riding.
So yall not gonna give kyrie credit for getting back on defense and slowing Iggy down so Bron could get the block.
Without kyrie slowing him up it would have been a bucket and LeBron would've been late.
