Its a miracle he even played, let alone record a triple double

I think this narrative wouldn't be far off if Kyrie was the one who scored 11 points in the 4th and James hit a 3 with the game being tied.
"Bran hit the no pressure 3 because the game was tied"
"Kyrie carried the team in the 4th while Lebum bricked almost all his shots
and hit a no pressure 3"
"If it wasn't for Kyrie, the game would be over by then"

LeBron is/will never be a Jordan/Kobe closer type due to his style of play. But still played great on both ends and was deserving of FMVP. Although I would've preferred Kyrie for FMVP. And Curry was shit for the whole series. Hope he comes back strong in near future. I don't wanna see LeBeta winning again EVER.

I still can't believe we lost that game. LeBron came down the court 5 possessions in a row, dribbled the ball until the shot clock was out, and threw up bricks... and not once could we capitalize on the other end. Honestly, that game felt like everyone on the court was trying to out-choke one another. Except for Kyrie, although he did have that terrible shot attempt at the end when he lucked out and got the rebound.

4th qtr points in the Finals:
LeBron 58
Irving 35
Game 7 wasn't the only game Kyrie closed out, he was the closer in the majority of the games in this year's Finals
:facepalm
Cavs won games 3, 5, 6, & 7
Game 3 was a 30 point blowout with a lot of garbage time. There was no closer there.
Kyrie closed out game 5 with 12 in the the 4th.
Game 6 was all Lebron in the 4th. The Cavs had only a 9 point lead to start the 4th. Lebron put this game out of reach leading all 4th quarter scorers with 17 points. Kyrie had only one point off a technical free throw in the 4th and went 0-2 from the floor.
Lebron again led all 4th quarter scorers in game 7 with 11. The Cavs as a team only scored 18. That means he scored 61% of his team's 4th quarter points. He puts them ahead 89-87 with a 3 pointer. He misses his next four shots. Kyrie missed his two previous shots before hitting that go ahead 3 pointer. Lebron scores the last point of the game with a free throw.
If the 4th quarter had played out like this with any other player not named Lebron, there is no way people would be saying Kyrie "closed out" the series.

4-1 is from 2011 when the overrated MVP (Rose) who is eerily similar to the UMVP this year got beaten by a LeBron led team. It's hard to differentiate from the two :lol

lol if Lebron hit the 3 to win the game the clip would be played 24/7 and we'd hear how it's the greatest shot in NBA history
Kyrie barely got any credit for that shot, every ESPN show I saw them discussing Lebron's greatness and legacy for a hour and maybe 30 seconds was spent on mentioning the Kyrie shot.
And both teams went scoreless for 5 minutes in which span Lebron was 0-4, he had his chance to take over and put the game away but he didn't. He got the chasedown block on Iggy, who could have went for the dunk to at least get fouled but took his time and tried to be cute with the layup that ended up getting blocked on the glass, it was a great defensive play but there's no guarantee he would have made that trick shot.
Lebron missed more than he made, only reason he had double-digit points in the 4th was because Kerr just decided to throw in Festus Ezeli in a close game in the Game 7 of the Finals :facepalm and that dude ****ing fouled Lebron on a 3pt shot

Bron also hit a clutch three under the 5 min mark that gave Cleveland a 2PT lead, knocked down clutch freethrows to help HOLD that lead, and then had ARGUABLY the greatest block in Finals history with a minute remaining.

LeBron scored a lot of points in the blow outs and during garbage time which heavily skews this data making it inaccurate. (Remember LeBron's layup drill during the final minute of game 4 when Cleveland needed 3 pointers for a chance to win?)
If you watched the series you will be able to see that it was Kyrie Irving who was scoring the majority of the buckets in tight situations down the stretch, not LeBron.

Lebron has always been a big opportunist in garbage time.

What ever garbage time there was, Curry, Green, and Thompson were still playing, and withing striking distance. It was the NBA Finals against a very dangerous team. Do you guys honestly want Lebron to sit down against this GS team?
