Dwight Howard has interest in signing with the New York Knicks.

The Knicks are expected to have at least $30 million in cap space this summer.

Last offseason, the Knicks signed Robin Lopez to a four-year contract and he had a productive season.

The Knicks' top priorities this offseason have been their backcourt and it is unclear what level of interest they would have in signing Howard.

Adidas will pay enough for him to make the HOF(I think).

Would like him surrounded by some high IQ- strong work ethic types... Would him and Melo/Rose be that much better than him and Harden?... Probably, but it would take some work... Porzingis is dope but seems a little overrated atm

4 stars > 2 Stars

I don't like rose, but he did averaged 18 ppg on 48 FG% in the 2nd half of the season.

Dwight is too damn dumb.

Last 2 teams he played on was for no-d playing chuckers who want him to be their garbage man and now instead of cleaning up bricks from Kobe and Harden he will clean up bricks from no-d Melo?

Unless they trade Melo for someone like K-Love.

Rose is about as effective as a post knee injury Gilbert Arenas. Dwight has devolved into a crappy version of DeAndre Jordan.

Adding these 2 losers to the Knicks roster will only bloat their salary cap while they become Brooklyn Nets v2.0 (JJohnson, DWill, KG, PP) and win ~44 games with a 120M dollar roster.

He's a player already on the decline, who has a shitty attitude and a locker room cancer, so it would be typical for the dumbass Knicks to pay big money for him and ruin KP's development. :oldlol:

Knicks obsession with washed up or semi-washed up ex-superstars continues, some things never change.

Melo has a bit of a bad rap when talking about his shot selection. It's not like he doesn't try to move the ball around. Many times the ball just finds its way back to him with little time on the shot clock to create anything substantial other than an iso. A chucker is more inclined to look to score when first touching the ball in the half court set which isn't typical of melo style of offense.

But ny should not sign dwight. Use the cap space on bench and role players
