Boston game 6 is the greatest playoff performance in NBA history.

I still have to side with Boston... the utter control and dominance over a game of basketball I saw that day was alien like.

Boston was more impressive IMO.

Lebron in Game 6 of the 2012 ECFs against my Celtics was the greatest individual performance I've ever seen on a basketball court.

Game 6 of the 2008 NBA Finals where my Celtics dismantled the Lakers was by far the best NBA watching experience of my life. Just a complete and utter dismantling of a really, really good team.

exclude game 5 of the '16 finals IMO...

I'd like to see '12 ECSF Game 4, and I could well see a couple, maybe even three to four contenders for the last spot, singlehandedly from the '09 ECF series.

He had absurd ones in previous rounds, too... his game 3 against the Hawks is ridiculous and better than any perhaps in flash dominance, just fun... at that point it depends on how much you value stage.

Good GOD this man has so many great performances.. 5 deep and you still haven't even mentioned a 2015 performance, or Indiana 2012 Semis, or Brooklyn 49 points

EPIC!

HELL, then you've even got all his 2009 performances which were out of this world too

Boston Game 6. LeBron showed us his full arsenal of moves that game (post-ups, jump-hooks, 3pt, drives, etc). His jumper was DOA after that game for rest of the playoffs. But he wasn't going to lose that year.

Yup. 35/9/7 AVERAGE in 2009. This man is simply amazing. Let's also not forget the 2012 finals.

Yeah, but I put much more value on the series where he wins.

Kobe's best usually come in sweeps lol.. series' that werent close to begin with.

Then you have the '06 Suns 50-pointer, but he had 38 after regulation, with 6 pts coming on desperate shots with the game pretty much over... I dont think there is a single game of Kobe's that touches Bron's top 8 or so. He has some really great ones, but no legendary ones.

Nah, cant fault him for that in '09...

Mo Williams, LeBron's sidekick:
games 1-4: 23-71 32% shooting.... Mo Williams, the entire series: 36-97 37% shooting.

Game 1: Mo Williams 6 for 19 shooting, Delonte West 4 for 13 shooting, the Bench 2 for 7 shooting
Game 2: Mo Williams 7 for 21 shooting, the rest of the supporting cast played OK in game 2
Game 3: Delonte West 5 for 11, Mo Williams 5 for 16, Big Z 3 for 10, the Bench 4 for 10
Game 4: Delonte West 7-15, Mo Williams 5-15
Game 5: supporting cast finally shows up, Cavs win
Game 6: Over at halftime, LeBron first and only off game

AND a god awful coach.

I completely understand WHY he lost. I'm just saying winning the series is like the finishing touch on historical performances.

LeBron was simply amazing in the last 3 games of this Finals including Game 7 where his shot was off. But none of his single-game efforts compared to the Palace game, the Boston game, and Game 7 vs. SA. Those are the three signature playoff moments of his career.

1. Boston game
2. Game 7
3. Palace win (the lack of a chip, unfair as that is, is really the only thing keeping it a notch below in my eyes).

Bron (and the stud James Jones) are the first multi-G7 Finals winners since I think the '60s Celtics, can't think of another. :lol

Why even bring Kobe into anything Lebron related? Lebron is top 3 all time, Kobe is MAYBE top 12 all time. Let's not insult Lebron.

Boston Game 6. Between performance and pressure (no athlete in American history had that much pressure to win that game) makes it the best IMO, but......

Game 7 in 2013 and games 5 and 6 this year mean more to me personally, if that makes sense.

Game 6 2012;
Game 7 2013;
Game 5 2016;
Game 6 2016; and
Game 5 2007.

IMO
