If both kd/westbrook bolt over the next 2 years, what happens to OKC? Short of them tanking and getting lucky in the lottery, they could be in big trouble. Will that fan base still go nuts over a 25 win team ? Will they sell out and make noise?

Obviously build around Steven Adams.

Seattle fans deserves the team back. Silver can gift them the first pick next year and start them off on the right track kind of like how they did for New Orleans when they got a new owner.

There's no way those hicks are going to show up to support a 25 win team. They have been incredibly lucky to have KD and Westbrook this whole time.

Steven Adams is the most dominant physical presence since prime Shaq

a long slow decline in wins and attendance that leads to an eventual move elsewhere

Not sure what will happen to them, but Knicks will still be mediocre for sure.

sam presti is a genius, they will be fine.

still see them being competitive and getting 8 or 7 seeds out west until the get max guy.

That's the thing, no max FA is signing in OKC.

Hopefully they decay into such a bad franchise that the NBA will move them to NBDL. Fvck Presti.

* I'm not mad at all for losing to them in the semis, I just hate them for taking my Sonics out of Seattle. Yeah, I was a Sonic fan before.

I think a large part of why KD and Brook might want to stay is because of Steven Adams.

and you know this because you are God???

There is also the draft....I wouldn't be surprised if they magically draft a max guy this draft or next years...a guy under the radar like a ummmmm westbrook, harden, serge

hell IMO reggie Jackson was a steal....he is starting for a playoff team and kicked Jennings to the curb.....IJS

Of course not... Think of those Sacramento teams of the early 2000's. Best fans in the biz. Loud, obnoxious... One of the toughest places to play. They all had cow bells for crying out loud. Every game was sold out for I can't remember how many seasons in a row... Then they became average... Still had a fan base. And now they're 10 years removed from their last playoff appearance and were this close to losing their team. As a whole, NBA fans are some of the least loyal fans. As a whole, I said. They're very much "what have you done for me lately" front-runners. It's fact. Part of life. So no, if this team were to become a cellar dweller, they would absolutely not be selling out every game.
