Is that LeBron can now play without any pressure for the first time in his career. Early on he needed to get MVPs and rings. Then it was just the rings. Then it was a ring for Cleveland. Now it's kind of just up to him to keep playing well, but with no specific objective. He knows he can come back from being down 3-1 in a Finals, get revenge on a team that just beat him, etc. It really seems like next season is LeBron's first without some massive expectation hovering over him, and it'll be interesting to see if that affects the way he plays.

It's amazing how much pressure he's had in his career, and how well he responds to it.

After the 2011 loss, being down 3-2 to the Boston Celtics on the road and then dropping 45/15/6 on 19/26 to force a game 7 then to eventually win the series and title? Crazy. Imagine if he lost that game.. the Big 3 most likely get broken up, LeBron gets crucified to hell. But nope.

Down 3-2 vs the Spurs in 2013, dropping 32/10/11 and a big 4th qtr when things got out of hand to eventually lead into that epic Ray Allen 3. And closing it out in game 7 w 37/12/4 and a major clutch shot to seal it.

Down 3-1 vs the Warriors, 2 games on the road, dropping 41/16/7/3/3, 41/8/11, and 27/11/11 to complete the most unbelievable comeback in NBA history? A loss would have been devastating to his career, even if undeserved. But dude gave it his all to win the title for his hometown that hasnt won it in 52 years.

Yeah, I have to admit I've been pretty harsh towards him sometimes (comparing him in my mind with watching Jordan), but he comes through in the end as a player one must respect.

Meanwhile the only time Kobe has ever faced pressure in his career was in the court room :lol
