Are we talking about the city or the team? I thought this was a sports site and you were talking about two teams that have played in the last two finals? Your off topic reply makes no sense.

Honestly can't beat the story of 2016

-Warriors 73 wins
-Cavs down 2-0, then 3-1
-3 straight games, LeBron 40 pts back to back
-Game 7 win at oracle with "The Stop, The Shot, The Block"
-Cleveland curse RIP

but dirk plays on the mavs and they aren't making the finals anytime soon. it is funny how that chokejob flies under the radar or may be it is just because no one cares enough about Dirk to point out his failures.

This is as good as it gets really. If one would write a basketball story this is exactly how it would turn out.

Says the one who idolize one of the softest guy in league history and got upset by an 8th seed.

Lebron is exactly the polar opposite and one of the hardest player in NBA history.

The 'story' is better than reality.

Remember the shit first 6 games? Blowouts and bad officiating included.

Reading about it in history books in the future will be more entertaining than our experience of watching it at the time.

Nothing will ever top last year's story line. Warriors are going to have that choke stink on them for life.

This.

- 73 wins
- Unanimous MVP
- Up 3-1

Then amazing happened

Yep. That's going to be the story of GS/CLE no matter what anyone thinks. Cleveland just pulled off the greatest win in Finals history. That loss will forever shadow the Warrior's *2015 Title Run.

nothing more to proof against GSW at this point.. beat them with an injured Love this year, made it to 6 with Irving out last year (and Love), its too evident who better is...

bring on a new challenge.

bring on a new challenge.

The only thing that's evident is the fact that the Cavs barely won despite GSW missing their best defender/rim protector and despite the Splash brothers choking massively.

Curry scored only 17 points and Thompson only 14 (well below their averages) and despite this it took a pump-faked Ezeli, a miracle block from Lebron and a great clutch 3 from Irving to barely get the job done (there's a reason people are pissed about KD joining the Warriors).

Also, Love's injury proved to be a blessing in disguise as the Cavs defense improved exponentially without him.

Also, the Warriors were cruising until Green's suspension and Bogut's injury.

The 2016 win is just as shady as the Warriors 2015 win. There's still plenty to prove on both ends.

LeBron has more than a few times been amongst the top post players statistically in the league. So you'd be completely wrong on your point.

imagine if somehow the Cavs get Westbrook, that would be the ultimate Finals match-up ever. lol. the ratings would go through the roof. it would be a grudge match unlike any grudge match in the history of the NBA.
