Blazers give qualifying offers to Allen Crabbe, Maurice Harkless and Meyers Leonard

By extending qualifying offers to Crabbe, Harkless and Leonard prior to the June 30 deadline, Portland owns the right to match any offer sheet they may sign with another NBA team. All three players will become restricted free agents on July 1.

I praise the Portland FO for what they did last off season and this past season. They lost 4 out of 5 starters, assembled a team w.o hurting financial security towards the future and were still able to make the playoffs and not only advance but give golden state a run for their money. If LMA stayed they could've possibly been in the western conference finals or dare I say finals.
