Spurs!!
If he comes back to OKC he may not win a title. Westbrook is simply not a high IQ player and hurts his team with his aggression. Oladipo gives them another solid weapon but ultimately losing Ibaka will hurt. Their frontcourt depth is now much reduced and when either Adams or Kanter sit there will be a drop off. OKC will contend but it's hard to imagine them being FAVORED over Golden State in a 7-game series.
If he goes to GS he's joining a 73-win team with a 2x reigning MVP and he may be a 2nd option to Curry or at least looked at that way. It won't feel earned.
He should join the Spurs. Kawhi and Aldridge are great players but Durant would be the alpha on that team. The big 3 are getting older but they have a great coach, a great defensive system, and provide a great environment for KD. Add a scoring machine and they would be really tough to beat. A core of Durant/Kawhi/Aldridge could easily win 1-2 titles in the next several years.
