Nope. It's total bollocks. Most of it is related to the gym, making money or victimhood. I've scaled back my friends list from the 250-300 range to currently 72 friends. I'll cull a few more after this Brexit.

I rarely post anything at all, not much of an attention whore. I will unfollow people for posting such quotes though, it's 100% of the time done by sad or unsuccessful people.

Look. People post that $hit for themselves sometimes not for you. They are trying to make sense of the world and who they are and they use Facebook as a means for that. Does that make them dumb? No. Do they look corny? Yeah. Do successful people post that shit? No. Why? It's because they figured it out already. Stop hating on another person trying to grow in their own way.
