Cuban was able to finally see that Parson wasn't worth that kind of money. I just think he got caught up in finally signing a big name in free agency and became enamored with Parsons. Dallas is a great franchise, but they have been s.hit in free agency a ton during the years. Free agents seem to love using them as leverage to get more money from their current teams.

When has Parsons ever been a big name? He was just an average white boy with good lucks. Kudos to him for playing Cuban like a fiddle. "Getting one over" on Morey and the Rockets probably had something to do with it as well. Cuban seems to have a personal issue with Houston.

well dallas and Houston are somewhat "rival cities" goes waaaaaaay beyond basketball or any sports. More along the lines of culture. Chandler just didn't fit....chandler is a point forward....lets just be honest....he isn't a Durant, lebron, etc. He is more along the line of an iggy type. I think dallas thought he had untapped potential and would become a better scorer but he doesn't have the blow by speed or any go to moves and his jumper is hot/cold

If you give him the ball and let him facilitate that's where he is at his best but dallas brought in deron Williams and that was the end of that.

What happened was this: Dirk.

Dirk believed he would be a harder worker. He believed he would take on the pressure. He believed that he would step up. He didn't.
