NBA 2K16 worth it now?

It's really cheap for the PC, but I'm guessing it's because the season is over and they probably cut off the online play already. I have 2k12 and 2k13..is it much better than these..is it worth even buying it?

If you have playstation plus, you get a couple free games every month, i got Helldivers last month and this month it's NBA 2K16.


The kicker though, if your playstation plus account expires, you lose access to the game and will need to purchase it.

Edit: I think it has expired on PS plus though, this month now we have Saints Row: Gat out of Hell & Furi for free on ps4

That's not how I understood it either. I'm pretty sure the description even says you'll lose access to the games if you don't have PS+ anymore. Is it maybe hard to implement if you've already downloaded the game?

I just know awhile back i got that tomb raider game for free and then my internet went out and i was still able to play it.

Maybe its certain games. I know 2k is pretty much driven by online now.

I remember playing Resogun too without the ps+, so maybe certain games you can.

I know when you add a free game to you cart you can always go back and download it whenever you wait. Kinda off topic but its a neat feature because i haven't upgraded my memory yet.

Maybe if you get it, then close your PS+, then disconnect from the internet so it can't register that you don't have ps+? Though, 2K with online is basically a coaster so they won't work.

It's ok once you get past the first season. I don't think I'll touch 2K17 unless I get it for dirt cheap or free.

Yes that whole high school, college and rookie season was a big waste of time.

If they don't change the caps and add more playstyles then I'm gonna skip 2k17
