Most of these new free-agent signings won't get the team they are signed with any closer to contending for a championship.

unless you build through the draft and get lucky winning the lottery on a cant miss star, or you strike gold later on in the draft...these are just bandage moves for teams spinning their tires in the mud.

But if Boston or someone pulls off the ultimate rare FA signing, speeds things up. ha.

and frankly these signings are just enough to prevent just that. purgatory is the worst. which is whatever, fine with me...gives the Wolves better shot at picking up better talent until theyre ready to be very good for a very long time.
