The big three coming back for one more year and one more title.

Still not 100% on Tim.

He dropped out of the Durant meeting, and reports are he's very strongly considering retirement. Him opting in could have always been the plan if he wanted to retire after the 1st year.

Defensive liability and worse offensively... sure bud.

his fg% has been what, 42% the last three years in the playoffs.

The Spurs are 1st round fodder, and have been for years.

They can keep winning 65+ games in the regular season, just to flame out miserably in the playoffs :oldlol:

First round fodder "for years"....who won a chip and lost another in 7 games to the Heatles all in the past 4 years?

Okay.

Lost in the first round in 2009

Lost in the second round in 2010

Lost in the first round in 2011

Lost in the first round in 2015

Lost in the second round in 2016

Outside of 2-3 seasons, the Spurs have flamed out horribly for close to a decade :oldlol:

And many times they had Home Court Advantage, and FAR more talented teams :hammerhead:

Actually, in the last decade, half of the seasons have been deep playoff runs (WCF+):

2007 - Championship
2008 - WCF
2012 - WCF
2013 - Finals
2014 - Championship

Also, how is a Warrior 'fan' having a crack at the Spurs LOL

Warriors are a legit horrid team that FINALLY recently got half good, then provided us all with the biggest choke thats literally ever happened in NBA history LOL

Against Mr 2/6 choker himself.

Doesn't get any worse LOL

Losers

A team that went more than 20 years with one playoff series win and remarkably took 40 years to get back to the Conference Finals wants to talk about franchise success. Lol.

Poor Timmy and Manu. Keep coming back for more titles and will keep getting disappointed. Both shoulda retired in after 2014 title. :facepalm

I don't blame them going for the B2B. If we win this year, maybe they'll stay and try again.

The other aspect is the trio shattering all the longevity records. And Duncan is doing that with some of them individually as well. Lebron has a good chance to catch some of the individual Duncan records eventually, but I can't see anyone catching the trio records.

Guess which player Popovich is going to rely on in crunch time.

I thought last season was supposed to be our last hurrah. Seriously, both him and Timmy should retire and Parker should be traded when opportunity arrives. The more they try to extend their old core, the faster their new core will age. I like what Ainge did with Pierce/KG. Look at them now.

11/3/4 on 58% TS over the last 3 seasons in the PO's.
