In the summer of 2010, Lebron, Wade and Bosh, three superstar players in their primes and by far regarded as the best players on their respective teams, colluded to form a superteam in Miami. This move was and still is unprecedented in league history. They had ruined all competitiveness in the East and would go on to cakewalk to 4 straight NBA Finals.

Lebron James decision set the precedent for further superteams to form. He paved the way for other superstars like Kevin Durant to make similar moves. Lebron's decision will mark when the competitive landscape of the NBA changed forever, and for the worst.

No, Lebron did not start all of this :oldlol:

Lebron did not join Boston Celtics and Garnett, Pierce and Allen trio after they beat him. Surely he formed a better team for himself but the goal was still to beat the team which prevented him from winning a chip.

What did Durant do?

Bran started the collusion in 2008. Got all of his butt buddies to sign similar deals so that way they can all be unrestricted free agents to abandon ship and make a super team.

Bran then joined up with a top 3 player at the time, a top 5 player at the time.

It obviously started in 2008 with the Celtics. They formed the first super team. That was then followed by the Heat in 2010 and ever since then, collusion has been happening left and right.

These players don't like competition anymore, they just want easy rings smh

LJ joining prime wade and bosh was whack, but what about the rest of the heat roster? One could argue Lebron MADE that team what they were. Warriors are already great. Heat had ****ing old Mike Bibby running the point, signed other old guys like Ilguaskas, Dampier, etc.
