Bunch of white hicks burning a black man's jersey. . . nice imagery. Can we bring the Sonics back now?

They know they'd take him back in a second.

I never understood this jersey burning thing or holding grudges for players business decisions. The NBA is a business. I don't go lighting McDonalds employees uniforms on fire when they get a better job opportunity at Swiss Chalet or some shit.

I understand you pledge your loyalty as a fan, and you would want that back from a player you invest so much in, but at the end of the day, I'm not going to hate a man for his business decisions.

There are certain situations (LeBron's ESPN special, DeAndre going back on his word, etc.) where I understand the pain a fanbase must feel after that, but I'm the type to use it as motivation and rally behind my team even harder rather than blame someone, even if they did you a little bit dirty.
