Is this the biggest blessing in disguise ever? KD doesn't choke, the Thunder makes the Finals and he most likely doesn't leave. Curry doesn't choke, the Warriors stay put, maybe just add a couple of young guys to shore up the roster.

Now, I'm not sure if losing was the worst thing or the best thing that happened to the Warriors.

It's... an interesting thing when put into that perspective for sure. I find it highly unlikely Durant to GS happens if EITHER of those two chokes don't happen, so yeah going by that logic, GS in the finals may be one of the most fruitful chokes ever, and yeah it was all set up by Durant's own choke.

TBH, even if GSW would've won the finals, I still think they would make an effort to make their roster better. Any time a team has an opportunity to bolster their roster by adding a superstar, you have to take it if the main goal is to win. The only question would be Durant's pride.
