Monroe and Wilt were traded. There's some evidence that they both threatened to go to the ABA. Monroe did not want to go to the Knicks. There was extreme skepticism, to say the least, that Frazier and Monroe could co-exist.

Moses was a restricted free agent. Houston matched Phillys offer and then traded him, rather than pay the 2 million.

Rodman was a straight up trade (as was DJ). There was no collusion.

No collusion that we know of by Durant. The money was the same everywhere so he simply went to the best team where he would be a good fit. The move is probably bad for the game, but there is nothing underhanded about it. He didn't even take less money to make the fit possible.
