I like Norris Cole as a replacement for Delly... Chalmers would be best, but hard to gauge him coming back from an achilles injury

West would be a good pickup too, given he goes cheap

Still think Cleveland should give Dedmon a ring... Think he can round out their bigman rotation with a real athletic 7 footer who can block shots, rebound and dominate the PnR... 15-20 minutes a night at most is all he would be needed for
