Thunder get:
Lavine, Rubio, future 1st

Wolves get:
Westbrook, Foye

Obviously we have to convince Westbrook to re-sign, but after a dominate campaign with KAT and Wiggins by his side and KG mentorship he sees the potential and goes all in w/ a supermax

Who says no, if westbrook does agree to extend obviously...

they simply have to trade westbrook NOW imo. they cannot let him walk just like durant did for NOTHING.

The Wolves just drafted their future PG, and why would they throw LaVine away before he reaches his peak?

KAT and Wiggins need to be dominating possessions, not a proven low IQ chucker who can't hit from outside.

Haven't you learned the first time around that Foye sucks, I don't think desperation trades are necessary at this stage.

This cancer has already chased away.

Harden
Martin
Jackson
Ibaka
Durant

Now you want him to do the same to Minnesota?

Awful for the Wolves.

Something could be done if Russ agreed to stay on the Wolves long term, but that seems unrealistic.

Also, I feel like the Wolves would have to give up too much for a 27 year old that isn't really on the same time line as their stars.

Wolves wouldn't be ready to win for at least 2 to 3 years from now...even with Russ.

I'd rather go after a 26 year old Butler that will cost less, is on a great contract, and fits better with Thibs. Adding Butler would be huge because with the next cap increase coming...they really could add a ton. Especially if they could find a partner to dump Pek after this season.

This only works if Westbrook demands to go to Minnesota. Which he won't

Easy no from okc

Westbrook has been walking in cow s,hit for 8 years in OKC. You really think he wants to freeze his balls in Minnesota? Towns and Wiggins will be playing for LA eventually anyways.
