I agree. And playing in the euro league changed his life style. He's now more of a team player, and the leader of his team.

He could definitely play in the NBA still. He is better than 40% of the league IMO, if I was to give a rough estimation.
He is a perfect player for todays game. A big man, that has the mobility and speed to get out, defend the pick and roll, and make/finish plays. Not too shabby near the ring in terms of defense either.
