I'd hardly call it help. Sure, he was a sharpshooter, but he's been out of the league for 2 seasons and is 41 years old. He'll definitely be a defensive liability and may be gassed quicker, so you can expect him to play less than 10 minutes a game.

Jermaine O'Neal sucked 3 seasons ago. Getting him now wouldn't mean shit. This is like when dudes on here were going crazy acting as if Mike Bibby, Big Z and Dampier were anything close to competent players at that point in their careers. :oldlol:

David Lee on the other hand would be nice.

the real ridiculous move they made was signing zaza for 3 mil. They solved their center problem with one of the better lower tier centers available when any center should make >10mil this offseason. Only guy I've heard making less than 10mil is Hibbert for 5 mil with Charlotte. Ik Zaza burned out the 2nd half of the year but the Warriors only need him to play 20mpg so that shouldn't be a problem. Also, he's not even in the ring chasing stage of his career like someone like West.

Apparently Allen is now interested as well

Sources: Ray Allen considering NBA return. His reps contacted GState. Allen would also consider Cavs, Spurs, Clippers if he decides to play.

:lol

Yes he is...he signed for 2.9 million...Zaza could have easily gotten 3 or 4 times as much money on the open market.

He was terrible in '09 and '10 with the Heat.

This is reminiscent of 2010 when Miami were looking under rocks to find bodies to fill up their bench. And we all know what happened during the finals.

Right now it seems like the Warriors don't give two sh!ts about defense.

Warriors won 15 games in the playoffs. 9 of those wins came when they held their opponents under 100 points.

Warriors lost 9 games in the playoffs. 7 of those losses came when they failed to hold their opponents under 100 points.

Lose Bogut? Lose Ezeli? Lose Mo Speights? Add 41 year old Ray Allen, 38 year old Jermaine O'Neal, and 36 year old David West? That's who is going to slide over when no one can stay in front of the likes of LeBron and Kyrie?

He was so bad the last season in Miami. One of the worst defenders I've ever seen. Even in 2013 he was up there with some of the worst I've seen.

My guess is they will go through a losing slump early in the season.
